Upland Junior High School supports the Upland Unified School District's focus: Every Single Student, Every Single Day! This focus means that your student should be at school every single day and on time. We realize that students are sometimes ill, and if they are, we want them to stay home. When making appointments, please try to make them after our 2:21 dismissal time. If you have to make an appointment during the day, please bring your student to school in the morning so they won't miss instruction. We are all a team and we want the best for the students at UJH. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the office.

We still have yearbooks available.  Bring in $40.00 cash, money order, or can use credit card (must check with Mrs. Campau for credit card) to the front office.  We will sell them until they are gone.

  • DATE OF EVENT: MONDAY JUNE 6th 8:30am-6:45 pm 
  • The Knott's trip is for ELIGIBLE 8th graders.
  • Cost is $35 with ASB & $38 without. LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED.
  • Price goes up to $45 on May 2, 2016. 
  • Last day to buy:May 27, 2016. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • DATE OF EVENT: MONDAY JUNE 6th 8:30am-4pm
  • The SCANDIA trip is for ELIGIBLE 7th graders.
  • Cost is $22 with ASB & $26 without. LUNCH IS INCLUDED.
  • Price goes up to $35 on May 2, 2016. 
  • Last day to buy:May 27, 2016. NO EXCEPTIONS.



  • DATE OF EVENT: FRIDAY JUNE 3rd 6-8:30pm.
  • The Promo Party is for ELIGIBLE 8th graders.
  • Cost is $16 with ASB & $18 without
  • Price goes up to $25 on May 31, 2016.
  • Last day to buy: June 2, 2016. NO EXCEPTIONS.




Is a permission slip required? YES!!! All of our activities require parent permission. Please download the attached form(s), sign and have your student submit with payment.


Where can tickets be purchased? ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD AT THE STUDENT STORE ONLY. If you drop off permission slips and money at the office for your student, it is THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to then take that to the student store and complete the purchase at the student store! The best thing to do is send your student with the money and permission slip and money to school. 


What forms of payment are accepted? We accept CASH, MONEY ORDER or CREDIT CARD ONLY! At this time of year we cannot accept any personal checks!


How can I pay with my credit card? If you are planning on paying with a credit card you must do so during one of our 2 lunch times. The student store is ONLY open during lunch. The office does not have the capability to make any credit card transactions. If making a credit card payment, please obtain a visitor's pass from the office. You will then be guided to the student store to complete. 


Can I make payments? Yes. We can accommodate families by allowing student to make payments. Permission slip is required at the time of initial deposit/payment. If the student does not make final/complete payment by the time the purchase deadline approaches, the money will be returned and student will not be able to attend activity. 


Can I purchase a ticket after the deadline? ABSOLUTELY NOT! We have been selling tickets since January of 2016. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!!!! We made permission slips available EARLY so that everyone has enough time to plan accordingly. Information regarding these activities have been on our school Marquee, School Loop and we have been making announcements DAILY during our Bulletin. 


How do I know if my student is eligible? Questions regarding GRADE and BEHAVIOR ELIGIBILITY should be directed to our Counselors Ms. Hernandez and Mrs. Marangelli. Students that are on the grade and/or behavior z-list will NOT be allowed to attend.

Each student is assigned a counselor at UJH. Mrs. Marangelli and Mrs. Hernandez are our counselors. Each counselor sees students in 7th and 8th grade. Students can come to the Student Window and fill out a form to see their counselor.
